Liz got sick of people always asking her how she managed to whiten her teeth without going to the dentist, so she made a video tutorial on how you can whiten your teeth at home. Pretty nice of her, huh?

This video has tens of millions of views on it now. Liz says the procedure should only be done once a week. It is worth noting that routine visits to the dentist are important, but there’s no more need for any expensive whitening treatments.

What does she do? She takes a little bit of baking soda and squeeze lemon juice over it. She mixes it into a slurry and brushes her teeth normally with it. Don’t try it if you have braces though.
