Try This Miracle Weight Loss Elixir To Shed Those Extra Pounds
Losing weight is on the minds of millions of Americans, myself included, and for good reason! Carrying excess weight can lead you down a path of troublesome health problems like type 2 diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. I know I have a few extra pounds I could lose and I’m working on it!
The only sure fire way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise. Fad diets, diet pills, and starving yourself aren’t good methods of dropping the pounds. You might temporarily, but it’ll just come right back. But in addition to a healthier lifestyle, this cocktail may help you drop those extra pounds.
You will need:
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 handful of mint
- half a glass of plain water
- half an avocado
- 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
Peel the avocado and chop into cubes. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender instead of the honey and ginger. Once blended, add the honey and ginger and stir.
Consume each morning on an empty stomach and allow for 45 minutes before having breakfast.
